Admission Procedure
Eligibility
- The students who have passed grade 12 or equivalent exams meeting the criteria of MU (at least D+ grade in each subject) are eligible to apply for the admission in Bachelor level.
- The students who have passed B.Ed. or equivalent exams meeting the criteria of MU are eligible to apply for the admission in M.Ed.
- The students have to fill an application form for admission which can be obtained from the campus.
Provision of Entrance Test
The eligible students have to face an entrance test or an interview for admission.
Admission
Admission procedure for bachelor level starts right after the NEB results of grade 12. Likewise, admission procedure for M.Ed. starts right after the results of B.Ed . So, the students who are interested to join BMPC are encouraged to apply in time.
After the above mentioned procedures the eligible students can have admission by submitting the following documents:
- Copies of the mark sheets and certificates of the lower level
- 3 passport size photograph
Scholarship
The campus provides scholarship to the students of all levels and programs according to the campus rules and regulations. The students’ academic merits, their performances in the internal tests and final examinations, their success in other fields (sports, extra or co-curricular activities etc.) and their economic status will be the criteria for scholarship.
To encourage the students from the deprived communities and the minorities (i.e.; Dalits, Janajatis, Madhesis, Muslims, Martyr family members and Handicapped) the campus provides them different types of scholarships on the basis of their needs and academic merits. Such scholarships are even funded by Kohalpur Municipality, UGC and other organizations and individuals.
Campus has a provision to distribute scholarship for at least 8% students in +2 and bachelor level and 2.5% students in master level.
Admission Policy for the International/ Foreign Students
The international/foreign students can get admission in the campus as per the rule of Mid-Western University. To encourage the foreign students’ enrollment, the campus provides eligible students 50% discount in admission fee and also orients them for better cultural adjustment.
Orientation Classes and Trainings
The campus manages and organizes (sometimes in coordination with other organizations) many orientation or training programs for the students. Besides the college invites the visiting professors to orient and train the students on the current issues of their courses.
